Gathering Session we will discuss your Confidential Client Intake Form and allow you to discuss the symptoms and concerns that you have. We alot 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to have an indept conversation to tell your story and your current nutrition, health and wellness goals.
Nutritional Consult: We will discuss your recommended Customized Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan that may include nutrition, supplement, lifestyle and exercise recommendations. This will give you an opportunity to ask any questions about the recommendations and decide if you would like to move forward with our nutrition plans.
